The Domain de la Source
In the heart of the Périgord Noir golden triangle, less than 20 minutes from Sarlat
Our 5.3 Ha estate offers an architectural ensemble whose origins date back to the 15th century even if the occupation of the site is much older as made obvious by the small cave on the grounds.
We offer 4 air-conditioned apartments, completely independent and thoroughly renovated in 2023 in an old barn dating from 1887.
- Le Marronnier: duplex apartment for 6/8 people
- La Tour: duplex apartment for 6/8 people
- Le Bassin: apartment for 4/5 people
- La Grangette: apartment for 4/5 people
We also offer in the old Métairie a typical holiday lodging of 110 m² called “La Grotte”, partly troglodyte, attached to an XVth century guard tower, which can accommodate 6 to 8 people and renovated in 2015.
Finally we have an independent guest room for 2 people in the main building.
All our visitors can enjoy the beautiful salt pool of 10 by 5 m with a unique view of the abbey of Saint Cyprien as well as the private collective parking on the property.
The team of the Domaine
Two sisters in law, Sandrine and Laurence, fell in love with this magnificent region and this vibrant estate….
Sandrine : after more than 30 years career as an executive secretary and other support functions, I wanted to offer my pleasure of receiving guests, starting up in my old house in Albertville (La Paillotte 9,9/10 at Booking) by devoting myself completely to my role as hostess in this exceptional place.
Laurence : with nearly 30 years of career specializing in human and social resources in a large accounting firm, I wanted to offer my sense of humanity by receiving guests and allowing them to discover this beautiful region in this estate that, from my very first visit, enchanted me.

Leisure area
Discover the leisure areas available on our estate, with main feature the salt pool. You can also walk around the estate grounds and even walk to Saint-Cyprien from there.
Collective space
Our estate also offers common areas of about 150m2 for courses or family reunions.
